When is CT 70 the right choice?

  • You're replacing existing frames in a home with energy label D, C or B and want to move to B or A.
  • You want a frame that insulates well, needs little maintenance and lasts a long time.
  • White, cream or a standard foil shade suits your home's look well.
  • Want to go beyond label A, or is colour and profile decisive for you? Then Schüco Living 120 is a better choice.

Colours, profiles and maintenance

Standard available in white and cream, and finishable with colour foil in various shades and wood structures. The profiles come in straight, bevelled and rounded versions and can be combined with fanlights, so that all frames in the home form one whole.

The finish is weather-resistant: the foil doesn't discolour and never needs touching up. After installation, periodic cleaning with water is enough.

What does it deliver?

New window frames are one of the most noticeable measures for comfort and energy use.

Lower heating costs

Compared with single glazing or outdated double glazing, substantial savings on your energy use are achievable. Combined with HR++ or triple glazing you get a U value of roughly 1.0 to 2.0 W/m²K.

Comfort and peace

No cold draught near the window, less draught and noticeably less noise from outside. In summer, heat stays out better, especially combined with solar-control glass.

Possible subsidy

For insulating glass in existing homes you may qualify for the ISDE subsidy. We're happy to explain the conditions that apply to your situation.
