Via the quote and contact form we process: name, email address, phone number, postcode and city, the address where the work will take place, your product preferences and, where relevant, the photos and measurements you upload.

We also process data necessary to carry out an order, such as invoicing and payment details and the specifications of the window frames supplied.

For website visits we record technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, solely for security and the proper functioning of the website.

To respond to your quote request and provide a price indication (performance of, or preparation for, an agreement).

To carry out an order: on-site measuring, manufacturing, installation, invoicing and handling warranty and service requests.

To comply with legal obligations, such as the seven-year statutory retention period for invoices.

To improve our services and, only with your consent, to inform you about our services.

Photos you upload with a quote request are used solely to assess your situation and provide suitable advice. We do not publish these photos without your explicit, separate consent.

We only share data when necessary to carry out your order, for example with our window frame supplier or manufacturer, a glass supplier, or an accounting and invoicing service. Where necessary, we enter into a data processing agreement with these parties.

We never sell your data to third parties and do not use it for purposes for which you have not given consent.

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data relating to a completed order is kept for the duration of the warranty period and thereafter for as long as required by the statutory retention obligation (7 years for administrative records).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access on a need-to-know basis.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent you previously gave.

Send your request to info@kozenta.nl. We will respond within four weeks. If you disagree with the outcome, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
