Terms and conditions

Kozenta: [Full company name], based in Alphen aan den Rijn, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 90371445. Client: the party entering into an agreement with Kozenta.

These terms apply to every quote and agreement. Deviations only apply if they have been agreed in writing.

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. Price indications on the website are guide prices; the final price follows from the quote after on-site measuring.

All prices include VAT for private individuals, unless stated otherwise. Changes to the order after approval may lead to a price adjustment, which will be confirmed in writing beforehand.

The agreement is formed once the client has given written or digital approval. Final measurements are taken by Kozenta on site; the client grants access to the property for this purpose.

Measurements provided by the client are considered indicative and not a basis for production.

Unless agreed otherwise: a deposit is due upon order, and the remainder within 14 days after completion. In case of late payment, the client owes statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.

Stated delivery and installation periods are indicative and based on the manufacturer's production time. Exceeding these periods does not entitle the client to termination or compensation, unless the delay is unreasonable.

The client ensures free and safe access to the work site, cleared spaces around the window frames, and the availability of electricity.

Kozenta carries out installation with its own installers, unless indicated otherwise in advance.

Kozenta provides a 10-year warranty on the uPVC profiles, 10 years on the insulating glazing (cavity leakage) and 5 years on installation work, unless stated otherwise in the quote.

Excluded are damage from normal wear and tear, incorrect use, deferred maintenance, external force, modifications by third parties, and glass breakage other than due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty work is carried out free of charge within a reasonable period after notification via our known contact address.

Report visible defects within 14 days of completion, and other defects within 14 days of discovery, via info@kozenta.nl or 085 333 4001. We will confirm your report and arrange an inspection as soon as possible.

Kozenta's liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order and to the amount paid out by the insurer in the relevant case. Consequential damage is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

For agreements formed entirely at a distance, a consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period. This right does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications, such as window frames, doors and sliding doors.

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Kozenta is established.
